Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
