Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Early Learning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
