Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ember Medical and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
