Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Junction Auto Group Partners is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
