Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Union Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
