Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Oak Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Raleigh design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
