Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Vale Press is a printer and publisher in Raleigh serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 837 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
