Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Raleigh plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
