Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
