Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vale Construction and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
