Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is a Providence company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
