Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Providence with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Providence. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
