Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Corner Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
