Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Junction Staffing is a Providence staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
