Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Summit Harbor Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
