Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Mill Transit Planning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
