Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Health operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
