Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Phoenix, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
