Lumen Field Markets is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
