Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Pike Construction Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
