Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Bright Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
