Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Maple Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
