Summit Ivory Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
