Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove Orchard Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls.
