Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Willow Insurance is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
