Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
