Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Glen Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
