Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lantern Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
