Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group is a Philadelphia company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
