Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Rowan Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
