Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
