Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Haven Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Orlando producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
