Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Early Learning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
