Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
