Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Cross Civic Services works with county and city offices around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
