Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
