Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Summit Medical and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
