Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
