Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bright Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
