Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Quill Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
