Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Pike Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
