Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Forge Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
