Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
