Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
