Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Omaha, NE)

Bright Sable Press Group is a printer and publisher in Omaha serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 718 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
