Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
