Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Group looks after properties across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 516 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
