Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Loom Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
