Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak North Markets is a Oklahoma City retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
