Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Haven Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
